 This blend uses essential oils that are soothing and relaxing, promoting calming feelings for the body and mind.  The scent is pleasant, gentle, and subtle, sure to get you to wind down and relax.  Being fully relaxed can lead to a better quality and depth of sleep.
 
Usage:
  • Apply to the bottom of your feet and calves, massage for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Additionally, apply to temples and base of neck to aid the inhalation of the aroma.
